Beth is running for judge on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania because she has the experience, integrity and temperament to serve on this very important court. The Pennsylvania Superior Court is often the final arbiter of disputes among parties involved in civil matters, matters involving children and families and criminal matters. Except in rare instances when the Pennsylvania Supreme Court grants a petition to review a Superior Court decision, the Superior Court decision is the law of the land.
As a practicing attorney with 28 years of legal experience, Beth has taken on powerful interests to achieve justice for her clients. She has been involved in some of the highest profile and complex legal cases including Three Mile Island and the Exxon Valdez oil spill. Beth has argued cases before the Superior Court and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association where she serves on the Rules Committee, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Pennsylvania Association of Justice where she serves on the Amicus Committee and previously served on the Board of Governors.
